Extended Diploma in Art & Design. Mid Year show - Works Gallery - 2014

Staff and students on the first day of set up at "The Works" Gallery in Birmingham.

Not that you can see from my photos of the private view, we actually had a very good turn out and samosa were a great addition. I can safely say that samosa have become some what of an pre-requisite for our private views and they were well recieved in a some what cold Gallery space in deep Febuary.

The pupose of the mid year show is to expose students to the practice of exhibiting their work within a profesional gallery space. Students also benefit from displaying their work prior to their Final Major Project. It gives them insigts into how they could develop their ideas and concepts and ultimately, display their work to its best potential.

  1. The relevance of this topic is due to the presence in modern society, interest in the events of the early twentieth century in Russia, to the pre-revolutionary era as a whole. In this regard, it makes sense to consider the documents left behind by the most active underground political parties the historical period. The party of socialists revolutionaries, and the party as political actors had a significant influence on the course of national history. At the same time, there is the problem of impartial analysis of the sources left by these parties. In the Soviet period review of the history of the Bolsheviks and the social revolutionaries and Mensheviks was extremely ideologiserad that prevent the establishment of scientific truth. I liked your blog, Take the time to visit the me and say that the change in design and meniu?
