Students visited the Bilston Art and Craft Gallery to gain inspiration from the contemporary mixed media pieces.

Study trip to Oxford

In preparation for their first assignment during their Extended Diploma our group of level 3 students visited the Pitt Rivers and the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. During the project students will be using a range of art and design processes to record and label a range of their personal items. The study trip to the museums in Oxford gave the students a good inside into how to display their own items, while taking inspiration from the overwhelming amount of artefacts on show.
